Dispute a result
If you believe a result for your business is inaccurate, email hello@employercheck.com.au with:
- The ABN in question
- The result the tool returned
- Why you believe it is incorrect
We aim to review disputes within 2 business days. Cached results can be cleared and re-run on request.
Privacy Act requests
To request access to or deletion of any personal information held about you (including sole trader ABN data), email hello@employercheck.com.au with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days as required under the Privacy Act 1988.
